Bob is a second-generation insurance professional with more than 30 years of experience. He joined his father’s independent insurance agency, Coyle-Merz Agency, in 1977.
In November 2005, Coyle-Merz Agency combined forces with The Alliance Group. Bob’s goals are to establish relationships based on mutual trust with each of his clients, deliver the highest quality of service, and treat everyone as he would wish to be treated. He is a life-long resident of Webster, NY where he resides with his wife Kathy and his three children.
