Jim Diem, Kathy Mincin and the team at Alliance Group of Western NY have been great to work with.  Anytime we have an insurance question they come right over, sit down with us and cover everything to make sure our questions get answered.  They visited each and every one of our locations to make sure the insurance coverage we have with them is sufficient and covers us in the case of any insurance needed event.  As we grow our business it is nice to know that we have an honest insurance expert by our side to give us the right advice with each new location opening.   I would recommend Jim, Kathy and their team to businesses so they could at least get a quote to see if they could help their business as much as they have mine.
